Description

Pak choi is an Asian cabbage variety, which is also known in the German-speaking world as Chinese mustard cabbage. Its crunchy fresh green is versatile: Whether raw as a salad, blanched as an accompaniment to meat, fish and tofu or even stir-fried in Asian, stir fry dishes. Visually, it is reminiscent of Swiss chard, with a taste of Chinese cabbage. The cabbage brings a mild mustard note with it. Additionally, it provides vitamin C, B vitamins, iron and calcium.
